Cancellation Policy
SwimX Online Policy Services: Olympian mentorship, stroke analysis, race analysis. Format: Live Zoom sessions, 30 minutes unless stated otherwise. No session recordings. No post session deliverables. Booking and preparation Payment is due at booking. Prices are in CAD plus applicable tax. Use the correct time zone and email. Your Zoom link is sent by email. For any analysis service, upload video links at least 24 hours before the session. If clips are not received on time, we may reschedule or convert to mentorship. Rescheduling and cancellation You may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the start time through your confirmation email. Inside 72 hours, please email admin@swimxcommunity.com. We will help you find a new time when possible. No shows and late cancellations are subject to a 19 dollar fee. This fee reflects coach preparation time. Late arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you join late, we will coach for the remaining time. After 15 minutes with no contact, the booking is a no show and the 19 dollar fee applies. Technical issues If platform or connectivity issues prevent the session from running, we will reschedule or issue a credit or refund. No fee applies in this case. Privacy and content SwimX does not record online sessions. Videos you share for analysis are used only for coaching. You can request deletion at any time. We may ask for optional consent to use short clips or photos for marketing. Opt in is not required. Minors If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent and be present at the start of the call or available during the session. Health and safety Coaching is educational. It is not medical, therapy, or psychological care. For injuries or medical conditions, consult a licensed professional first. Conduct Create a respectful environment. SwimX may end a session for abusive or unsafe behavior. The fee may apply. Packages and gift cards No packages are offered at this time. Single session bookings only.
